2. Shipping Methods

KENTEN Structures ships products worldwide using international freight services.

Sea Freight (Most Common)

  • Suitable for oversized cargo

Air Freight

Recommended for:

  • Urgent accessories

  • Small replacement parts

  • Time-sensitive shipments

Advantages:

  • Faster delivery

  • Suitable for lightweight cargo

Limitations:

  • Higher shipping cost

  • Not suitable for complete large tent systems

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees do not normally include:

Customers are responsible for local import-related expenses unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — available in selected countries
